Our building is only for rent for non-profit organisations (scouts, schools, sports associations, etc.), not for private parties or other private occasions.

Availability

Check our rental calendar for availability of our group accommodation. During scouting season (more or less parallel to the school year), the buildings are unavailable for renting out during Friday evenings (from 7:30 PM) and on Saturdays from 9:00-17:00. In the rental calendar it’ll be marked as ‘busy’.

Pricing

Per person per night, it costs € 5,50 with a minimum calculated fee for 50 persons per night in the summer season and 20 persons during the year. Prices are excluding rental of extra rooms and excluding gas/water/electricity. Rental prices for one day or one night: please contact the rental coordinator for more details.

Capacity

A maximum of 75 persons can stay overnight. Tents are allowed on the surrounding terrain, in which several persons may stay overnight. This terrain provides enough space for several large tents.    

Rental period

If you rent the accommodation from Saturday-Saturday during summer holiday, you can access it on Saturday from 17:00 and need to leave it clean and empty by 10:00 AM next Saturday. It is possible to rent the buildings for one day or one night only.

Note: during our scouting season, some troops have their weekly meetings on Friday. By default, renting our accommodation is not possible during troop meetings.

Wifi network

The buildings have a wireless internet connection. Fair use is included in the rental fee.
