Click on the tab 'week' or 'agenda' for more details. Click on the item 'busy' itself to view the exact time slot the buildings are unavailable for renting.

Example: it says "9:00 busy" on a Saturday. When you click on this activity, you can see this lasts until 17:00. It's possible to rent the accommodation from 17:00 Saturday.
